Cancellation Policy – MX18

Overview

At MX18, we provide flexible, developer-friendly email infrastructure built to scale. If you decide to stop using our services, we’ve made our cancellation process simple and transparent.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your MX18 services at any time by either:

Logging into your account and initiating cancellation through the dashboard

2. What Happens After Cancellation

Your account will remain accessible until your existing prepaid credits are used or expire.

Any ongoing usage will continue to consume remaining credits.

No new charges will be applied after cancellation confirmation.

Account data may be retained for 30 days post-cancellation for backup/recovery purposes, after which it will be deleted unless otherwise requested.

3. Auto-Renewal Plans

If you're on a subscription or auto-credit top-up model:

You must cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund of unused credits.
