Refund Policy – MX18

Overview

MX18 operates on a prepaid model for API and service usage. Refunds are handled with fairness and transparency, keeping in mind the infrastructure and resources provisioned.

1. Standard Refund Policy

  • All purchased credits are non-refundable.
  • Credits remain valid until consumed or expired, as per your plan or promotional terms.
  • Free or promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under specific, approved conditions:

  • Duplicate Transactions: Mistaken double billing for the same service or credit.
  • Platform Downtime: Verified system-wide outages causing material business disruption.
  • Refund requests apply only to the current month’s subscription charge, not to overages or previous-month charges
  • No usage has occurred in the current calendar month and no overages recorded in the account

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@mx18.com with the following:

  • Registered account email and ID
  • Invoice or payment reference
  • Description of the issue or error

All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
