Variscope Labs Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian company building modern infrastructure for email and business messaging. Our flagship product, MX18, is a developer-friendly messaging platform that enables reliable and intelligent communication at scale.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country)
- Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms
3. Your Account
You may be required to create an account to access parts of our Services. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account

6. Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance or upgrades.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features or Services at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Fees & Billing (If Applicable)
Some Services may require payment. All fees are:
- Billed in accordance with our pricing plans
- Exclusive of taxes and duties
- Subject to change with prior notice
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your access.

We may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. Variscope Labs is not responsible for the content, privacy, or security of third-party services. Use them at your own risk and under their respective terms.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you’ve paid (if any) in the past 12 months

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
